The site kept glitching while I was trying to check out, which got frustrating. After I finally placed the order, the updates were really slow too. What annoyed me most was that there didn’t seem to be any actual person to contact about it, just automated stuff, so I was basically left waiting and guessing.

I ordered my sharpener from worksharptools.com, and overall I’m satisfied with it. There is some vibration when it’s running, but for regular sharpening it hasn’t been distracting or annoying for me.
If I use it for a longer stretch, I can feel it in my hand a bit, so it’s not completely perfect. That said, it does the job well, feels stable enough on the bench, and I’m happy with the purchase. I’d give it 4 stars.

My brother even borrowed it once and was impressed with how easy it was to switch around. That’s probably my favorite part about it, it’s simple to use and way more useful than I expected.

Thankfully, everything inside was totally fine, nothing was missing, and the tool looked brand new. The packing was decent enough overall. Would I have given it 5 stars if the box looked a little cleaner? Probably.
