"Beware, HORRIBLE Experience!"
I was very excited to try my first guided knife sharpening system with the Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener - Elite. I unboxed the system and put a knife into the jaws of the blade holder. The design of the blade holder is TERRIBLE to the point of being unusable for any blade with a full grind. The blade holder holds the blade VERY shallow and has NO ARTICULATION WHATSOEVER. The blade holder HAS to clamp on a FLAT SPOT on the blade, or the blade will MOVE with minimal pressure (this means your bevel will be off). They accepted my return but I had to pay $28 for return shipping. Lesson learned, I will NEVER shop with Work Sharp again. I recommend that you either just buy a set of stones, or that you save up your money for a guided sharpening system that actually works on fully ground blades.
